The Global Mission Team is committed to fighting hunger and transforming lives around the world.

Mission Africa (a ministry in partnership with Mountain View Lutheran in

Ahwatukee) continues to bring hope to children in Nigeria by collecting money and school supplies for the children of Ethiop Primary School in Sapele, Nigeria.

 

Our congregation supports world hunger in various ways. Most recently over 800 chicks were bought through a “Buck a chick” coloring sheets and Good Gifts Advent ornaments were sold to support the World Hunger efforts.  ELCA World Hunger projects include food and feeding programs worldwide including here in Arizona, disaster response, malaria nets, vaccination clinics, sustainable farming and more

Holy Trinity also supports the ELCA Global Mission works worldwide by supporting the

Young Adult in Global Mission program.
