Global Ministry

For many years, Holy Trinity has partnered with several world organizations rooted in providing hope to the vulnerable. 

 

Mission Africa (a ministry in partnership with Mountain View Lutheran in Ahwatukee) continues to bring hope to children in Nigeria by collecting money and school supplies for the children of Ethiop Primary School in Sapele, Nigeria. 

 

Our congregation supports world hunger in various ways. Most recently over 800 chick were bought through a “Buck a chick” coloring sheets and Good Gifts Advent ornaments were sold to support the world hunger efforts. 

 

ELCA World Hunger project include food and feeding programs worldwide including here in Arizona. 

 

Holy Trinity also supports the ELCA Global Mission works worldwide by supporting the Young Adults in Global Mission program.

 

We are called to a life of loving others and seek opportunities to show God’s love through action such as disaster response, malaria nets, vaccination clinics, sustainable farming, and water access. 

 

The Global Mission Team is committed to fighting hunger and transforming lives around the world. They work to elevate awareness, provide education, and organize drives or events that uplift those in need.
