The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food in due season. You open your hand, satisfying the desire of every living thing.

-Psalm 145:15-16

Borderlands Produce Rescue

Holy Trinity hosts Borderlands Produce Rescue one Saturday morning a month as a designated drive-thru distribution site. This is a fun, community project that serves our local neighborhoods and helps curb food waste. Volunteers are always needed to set up, collect cash, load cars, sort produce, clean up, and more. Set up begins at 4:00 a.m. and volunteers are finished by 11:00 a.m. (or earlier) depending on how quickly the food is distributed. Shifts are flexible and so are the ways you may be called to support this work. Ministry leaders:

  • Mary Chavez

  • Kismet Weiss

Contact the church office at (480) 963-4127 for more information.
